Dr. Meisel is the director of the stroke clinic in the ambulatory care center. His interests are to provide a thorough evaluation of patients with a stroke from unclear causes (cryptogenic). He is working to use technology to achieve comprehensive care of patients after their acute stroke care. Dr. Meisel aims to use this care strategy to prevent future strokes and the related complications. He also co-directs the pulsatile tinnitus clinic to investigate the causes and potential treatments for this disabling condition.
