Lauren Ostling, MD
Co-Director, Neuroscience Center
Dr. Lauren Ostling is a neurosurgeon and co-director of the Neuroscience Center at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland. Her clinical specialties include spasticity, tethered cords, brain tumors, hydrocephalus and neurotrauma.
She earned a medical degree at University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Ohio, completed her residency and internship at University of Cincinnati Hospital, and did a fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery at UCSF. She is board-certified in neurosurgery.
